Although this tour is short, it allows you to see one of the largest orchid collections in Costa Rica.

The gardens are a tropical Paradise featuring over 800 varieties of exotic orchids and a multitude of various tropical flowers and jungle plant life.

This tour continues with a ride through the unique beauty of the famous Orosi Valley and Reventazon river.

The area is noted for its rich soil, abundant plant life and resplendent coffee plantations.

Along the way we will visit one of the oldest colonial churches. Afterwards, you will stop at the Cachi Hydroelectric Dam. On the return trip to San Jose, you will visit the city of Cartago, an ancient capital of Costa Rica, where tourists can learn a little more about Costa Rican religious life.
