Paddle sport enthusiasts can count on Costa Rica's extensive network of rushing rivers for fabulous white water, all year round. But from May to November, the rivers are swollen with Green Season rains and offer even more exciting waves for the rafter, kayaker and canoeist, alike. The warm tropical climate and imcomparable settings of lush rainforest or verdant fields are an added bonus.

All river runs are under the direction of a professional guide, trained to North American standards, who knows every inch of the river and whose job it is to ensure the safest possible experience. Equipment is of the highest quality and regularly inspected - from rafts, kayaks and canoes to life jackets and helmets.
